1 – Time Travel for Jobs

We have a job shortage of some sort in the US. Upon hearing that; I questioned how long this had been happening. I have a job, so how could I know unemployment stayed between 10% and 15% for six years? You know, the number of people that have a job compared to the number of people that want a job. I had expected to hear that this job shortage had been around for six months, a year; but six years?! What has Congress been doing? They know how to create jobs; they have done it before. Repair whatever is damaged initially. If insufficient, wage conflict against decay, mending imminent failures or substituting them with superior items. What is so hard?

Anyway, to make a long story short, I figured I needed to understand how this all works and then offer solutions. So, I took advantage of knowing where President Obama hid his time machine, and I borrowed it for five minutes. My absence lasted that long. I traveled to the past with my companion, Einstein,my cat. Together, we investigated the genesis of this widespread joblessness. There, I photographed Einstein. The picture shows the date, proving its authenticity. While living in the past; I read books; I read blogs and articles. I debated people about their theories of economics and what went wrong. I have returned five minutes past my departure time, and I understand everything completely!

But first, my bodies have to reintegrate. And so does Einstein’s!
