I stepped in the water. So pristine warm compared to the Atlantic.

The place was so awesome, several other RV's also pulled in.

Apparently AZ has several different time zones.

Large and sooo peaceful we decided to stay another night.

Now we are awaiting a RV handyman coming to fix a leak in our bathroom

Two hours later when rock pavement had cooled down I walked her. Not far, but I got to see the lake and a rabbit.

This time when we had a snack during the day we put on the generator to run the air conditioner while we ate in the diner.

The temperature was around 100 F and a Real Feel of 120

Nice lunch at pie a shop off the highway. And, of course we had to have pie for dessert. Their specialty is meringue pies, Brad got lemon and I got coconut custard

It rained, and when I say rain, I mean a downpour most of day

When she said it, it clicked in my head she was right. It never got itchy. The rash lasted a few days

Tannehill Ironworks was amazing. Muddy rivers everywhere (from clay) and flooding along the shorelines.

The walk in the woods was uneventful. No creeks here, although we actually walked up a dry one on the trail

Upon arriving in the camp I was claustrophobic as it was so close and crowded.  Still close in the RV section, but not as crowded.

I was staring down a steep drop and when I looked out - gorgeous!

Both Shirley and I will blog, Mitzvah is still a little pissed off that she has to live in a house that moves so probably won't write anything.

A couple of days here at Ironwood just what we needed, some R&R after our bittersweet leaving.
