The truth is,  we do not have any party system at all. The US Constitution does not say anything at all about parties, not even in the preamble.all sides of issues.

we are rejecting the Democrats just as they have rejected us, by not supporting aspirational Progressive, Populist policies or candidates.

My grandfather was involved with Boston city politics, becoming a campaign manager for a long time City Councillor. That meant he was a Democrat.

Someone that has demonstrated little patience to actually learn the job, or bring in as close advisors people that have learned the job, is destined to fail.

Trump's removal from office will not come from Congress or the VP. It can only happen if we demand Trump be removed.

As Senator Sanders has pointed out, our political system is broken and it's in danger of collapsing under the weight of oligarchy. An oligarchy is where all the functions of state are managed by a few.

Was he a great President, or even an OK one? No. He was certainly not the worst President, but with all those qualifications his performance still fell short of anything remarkable. Resume is not a qualification to be President.

Soon MSNBC will be just another CNN, dead and nobody knows it, including CNN. Its too bad that by the time that happens, Jon Stewart may not be in a position to point it out.

Written 10 years agoThey really believe that America is being destroyed from within and must be saved, that others are taking away their jobs, their freedom, and even their religion.

We Progressives are not perfect, but we surely don't shut down government over a non-issue like raising the debt ceiling.
