Onward to another Louisiana stop. For lunch we found a local joint where you order and find a seat for yourself. Great food, I had fried chicken with a biscuit. Brad got a bucket of crawfish. I ordered too much so for supper in the RV I heated up rice and beans and Poisson (sp?).
We camped overnight at an open campground next to a casinos. Grassy and not too much shade. The temperatures are soaring now, the real feel is reaching 100 F; so walks are limited to 10 min twice a day and one after dark so Mitzvah can do her business.
We are getting better at packing up and getting going. Currently we are camped at Turtle Bayou in Texas. Lots of cats around, to help control the snake and mice populations. I was told there are 3 different types of snakes. And, within a minute walk is the bayou with alligators. I decided not to go out tonight, mostly to avoid any snakes
