We have now traveled 1,172 miles. Currently, we are in Trenton, Georgia. It rained our last night in Tennessee. Driving down we encountered several downpours but Brad persisted. Now, we are taking it easy. Our usual day has been to get going around 11:30, break around 2 and pull into campsite at around 5 the latest (if no adventures).
It is very humid here in GA. But, we did take a walk in the woods on a trail. We both think it wasn’t part of the campground. The walk in the woods was uneventful. No creeks here, although we actually walked up a dry one on the trail.
I have been doing tick checks every evening on Mitzvah Despite that when scratching her ears this morning I found one it appeared dead, not moving I thought at first it was just a small snarl in her hair. I am glad I give her tick medicine I know some people are into the homeopathic stuff, I don’t believe that works.
Might rain so supper will be out of a can. One night here then onward
